The space
Loads of natural light and heaps of fresh air and breeze when you open up both stacker doors. The balcony is massive at 26sqm and you have a 240deg view of the city and some parklands. Open plan living with a separate bedroom, bathroom, laundry and the lounge, kitchen, dining room are all in one big room opening up to the huge balcony.
Guest access
Access is by a secure one off code allocated for your stay only at the main entrance. There is a parking spot that comes with the apartment. You do need to come up to the apartment first to get the garage door zapper to access the secure private parking bay.
Other things to note
Cleaning is an additional cost of $150 at the end or during your stay if you'd like a freshen up. We just need 6 hours notice and this can be arranged with clean sheets, towels and a full apartment clean whilst you're out shopping and having fun. Please allow 2 hours for the freshen up to take place.
