Pena is a vibrant and colourful neighbourhood located in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. Known for its historic charm and lively atmosphere, Pena offers a unique and authentic Lisbon experience to its visitors.
The main attraction of the Pena neighbourhood is the enchanting Pena Palace, one of Portugal's most iconic landmarks. Perched atop a hill, this colourful and ornate palace offers breathtaking views of the city and is a must-visit for history and architecture enthusiasts.
Pena is also known for its narrow winding streets, charming squares, and traditional Portuguese buildings adorned with colourful tiles. Strolling through the neighbourhood's picturesque streets allows visitors to immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of Lisbon.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Intendente, is just a 7-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional fee.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area
