6 Bedroom Villa in Bandera
Nestled in a gated community, we offer a safe oasis for the perfect restorative vacation, while within walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in Central America. These completely new houses are a great place to stay with your family or a bigger group of friends.
The homes were constructed in 2020 and are fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms in each house with double beds and one room has a bunk bed with single bed on top. The homes are ideal for 4 adults and 3 kids or 6 adults maximum per house. The houses have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, laundry and a balcony with a beautiful view.
The property is within the Playa Palma gated community, which includes a 24 hour, 7 days a week caretaker/security who lives onsite on the adjacent lot. The caretaker also tends to a communal, organic vegetable garden available to our guests. All of the lots in the community are bordered by tall, flowering Hibiscus bushes for privacy. Watch the hummingbirds hovering all day long around their favorite food source.
The highlight of our villas is the beautiful, inground pool. Our guests can enjoy this private pool, relax under the Waterfall with your feet dangling in the water, sit on the bench which is built into the deep-end with a jacuzzi, or wade in the shallow-end. Truly an escape from the heat, or play area for the kids, the pool can be used day or night (even the waterfall has lights!). We situated the pool a few feet from the covered patios, and in full view from the kitchens of either home. The patios are covered with a ceiling fan, although you can enjoy the constant ocean breeze. A charcoal barbeque is also next to each patio.
We are located on Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast, halfway between Jaco, and Manuel Antonio National Park. The property is 800 metres (10 minute walk) from the 'blue Flag' beach of Playa Palma, known locally as Playa Bandera. This is a beautiful, sandy beach that seems to go on forever in every direction. Lined by palm trees to provide shade, this beach is extremely secluded, and is also a nesting area for sea turtles.

• Quiet time is before 9 am and after 11 pm. We have permanent residents in the development, and we want to be good neighbors.
• No smoking inside the house.
• Our Bbq is charcoal burning. Please clean the Bbq after use, and confirm it is extinguished before leaving or going to bed.
• We are happy to welcome pets in our home. However, please prevent them from climbing on the furniture. Remember that you are in a natural environment. Be aware of your pets, avoid unwanted encounters with wildlife.
• Please do not bring indoor furniture outside the house.
• No diving in the pool. The pool is deep enough to swim, but not for diving. The deep end is approximately 160 Cm/5'8".
• On checkout, please turn off all lights, fans and air conditioners. Make sure the windows are closed, and the front, back, and balcony doors are locked. Upon exit, leave the key card on the countertop. (the main door locks automatically after 10 seconds)
