3 Bedroom House in Ocean Beach, Denmark
22 Lights is a house designed with holiday makers in mind. Close to both Ocean and Lights Beaches, 10 mins drive to Greens Pool and 5 mins drive to the town centre makes 22 Lights an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.
The house is fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, and to take in the beautiful inlet views. The large front deck is a great place to relax and read a book, watch the mob of kangaroos in the paddock over the road or just gaze at the water view.
The nightly fee includes all linen, cleaning on departure, WIFI and Netflix. Please note that the nightly fee is for 2 people. There is an extra nightly charge for extra persons additional to 2 and up to 6 being the maximum number of people to occupy the premises. The extra person charge covers utilities and services. Once you have requested to book, click on the breakdown of fees and you can see how the final fee is calculated prior to booking.
The house has steep front steps which may be a problem if you have young children. I do not take bookings for wedding groups. The house is non smoking and does not accept pets, and a strictly no parties rule.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen sized comfortable beds with views and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In winter queen beds have electric blankets.
There is one large bathroom with waterfall shower and a separate toilet, with a second toilet in the laundry. There is also an outdoor waterfall shower, hot and cold water, for washing off sand and salt from the beach. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably and the lounge area has a window day bed with views to the inlet.
Two bedrooms have Queen size beds. Main bedroom with TV. 2x single beds in 3rd bedroom.
All bed linen is supplied including blankets (electric in winter on queens), pillows and bath towels. Bed side tables and reading lights to all beds.
Carpet in bedrooms. Ample hanging space. Queen bedrooms have views to the inlet.
One large-shared bathroom. Separate toilets and hand basin.
The kitchen has wood flooring, electric wall oven and gas hotplate cook top with 5 burners.
There is a dishwasher, microwave, water filter tap. Lots of appliances including 4 slice toaster and kettle, slow cooker,
Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods can be purchased at IGA Denmark) and coffee plunger or percolator.
Large fridge and pantry. Pots, pans and all crockery and cutlery, blender and much more.
The lounge and dining seats 6 comfortably. TV with free to air TV signal(this provides ABC,SBS, WIN, GWN ect) and Netflix. Leather 2 and 3 seater couches.
The location of the house precludes most second tier mobile phone carriers from working correctly. Telstra and Optus are generally the most consistent with signals, which you can get inside the house and on the deck. WIFI available.
Outdoors there is a large front deck with outdoor table with 6 chairs and outdoor lounge. The backyard has BBQ with flat plate and grill, multi burner and gas bottle, outdoor shower both hot and cold water.
The rear deck with small table and 2 chairs, faces north for sun in winter and for watching birds in the garden.
This 3 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, View, Ocean View, for your convenience.
