Stay at this new 3-bedroom home with 2.5 baths. Recently renovated and equipped with all you'll need from a home away from home. Enjoy the beautiful fireplace in the spacious living room, followed by a dining room leading out to a new outdoor oasis. New kitchen with all the cooking essentials needed. Also comes with a huge backyard and a propane grill to enjoy the outdoors while the kids play some basketball. Along with a great location that gives an easy trip to get to Downtown Stamford where you have access to a large variety of restaurants. As well as all the other things that come with downtown Stamford such as theaters, parks, and shopping centers. Also only 30 minutes away from New York City. Direct express train from Stamford Station to Grand Central.
As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.
Disclosures: Please note there is a lower level unit which guests may be staying in during your stay it is completely private their entrance is on the left side of the home. Also, we want to disclose the home is is an older home from the 1800s and even though it has recently been updated with all new modern amenities you can still feel some irregularities with the floor settling in parts of the home.
Please note:
- We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week.
No pets allowed on furniture, if excessive amount of fur is found on the sofas and bed you will be charged for a dry cleaning fee.
