The central full bathroom is conveniently placed between this bedroom and living room.
- The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floor, a 55" TV, large his/her closets, full ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub, separate shower, separate toilet room, his/her sinks. A custom glass mezzanine 3rd bedroom with rare South Bay views of LA skyline, mountains, distant Hollywood sigh on the horizon, contains full-sized bed, closets, and hardwood.

Fresh sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & dryer are provided - so you don't have to worry about that!

The gated community offers two spacious outdoor gardens with quarts/stainless outdoor kitchen featuring gas grills, burners, and beautiful fireplace and sofas.
