Welcome to my Hotel studio unit at Kauai Beach Resort ( Originally Hilton) ! You will SAVE big if booked with me instead of directly with the Resort for the same kind of unit. My unit is located on 1st floor of the hotel, private lanai with ocean/pool view, just steps from the beach, pools, jacuzzis.
Kauai Beach Resort set on 25 lush acres on Kauai’s longest beach and is centrally located on the east shore of Kauai, about half way between the north and south shores. It is only 3 miles away from airport. The walk along this Beach is about 3 miles long and is quite scenic.
PRICE includes complimentary prepaid RESORT PASS and check out cleaning fee, includes access to all the facilities except shuttle service and cultural activities like, lei making class and hula lessons.

-Fitness center on property, use included in resort fee, use your room key to enter the facility.
-Coin-laundromat on property in Building #1.
-There is an outdoor shower conveniently located near jacuzzi , Thank you for rinsing off the sand before returning to your room.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
-There is no daily maid service. Please contact me if you need maid service, $65 full mail service. $25 towels exchange and garbage remove.

There will be a starter supply of coffee, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap.
Please note that those starter supplies are good for one-time use only.

What's the difference between renting from me VS renting directly from the resort?
Mainly price, but also maid service. Renting direct through VRBO usually saves you a lot of money; however, daily maid service is not included. The check out cleaning fee takes care of cleaning and re-stocking the unit after you leave.

It is resort studio but individually owned.
- Is there a kitchen?
No, just a mini fridge and coffee maker.

There is no daily resort fee If you book from me, but there is one time resort fee $75 and cleaning fee $95, total of $170 collected at time of booking which gives you access to the amenities and a cleaning of the room after your departure.
