For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
✤ LONGTERM STAYS
For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $230/cleaning.
ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late requests. In such instances, we can only offer a refund of 50% of the original amount.
