This heritage Victorian apartment built in 1892 has been stylishly redesigned to create a unique retreat for singles or couples. It strikes the perfect balance between classic details, including and original non-working fireplace, and modern comforts. Relax on the sofa while watching TV or cosy up on the wing-back chair with your favourite novel. Oversized windows drench the space in natural light. A fully-equipped kitchen is kitted with an electric cooktop, cooking utensils, and top-end appliances, including a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic pantry items are supplied. Cook meals at home and eat together at the dining table set for four with gorgeous Bentwood chairs.
Large doors open to the bedroom, which is fitted with a plush queen-size bed and topped with hotel-style linens for a restful sleep. There is a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your belongings. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity and is stocked with complimentary high-end amenities. There are internal laundry facilities, including a front loader washing machine and ironing board.
The sofa can be converted into a bed for stays of more than two guest. If you wish to take advantage of the sofa bed, we can set that up for you for an extra fee of $80. This also includes the linens and towels. If we haven’t been advised ahead of time, it won’t be prepared—so please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it.
