Summary: The staff were great. The activies staff really made for fun times by the pool. My kids really connected with Antonio and Jonatan, and the staff remembered the kids which was great. The evening shows were fun and enjoyable. The room was huge we booked a Junior Suite and there was a ton of space. The downside was the cleaning a bit the fridge was not re stocked and the cleaning stuff was sprayed all over our stuff.
