Every aspect of the property, interior and exterior, has been meticulously cared-for, from the netted fruit trees, vegetable gardens and perfect lawns outside to the carefully-maintained and beautifully-presented dwelling itself. Downstairs there's a spacious open-plan carpeted living room, bedroom, bathroom/toilet, laundry and sink. Windows on this floor look out to the bay. Two flights of stairs (one inside, the other outside) give access to the upper level, which has a carpeted living/dining area, two more bedrooms and a bright, well-appointed kitchen. Full height glass doors provide brilliant views of Adventure Bay, opening to a wrap-around deck on all sides of the house. Both upper and lower levels have reverse-cycle air conditioners/heat pumps. All the appealing aspects of Adventure Bay are close by - the beach, the town's excellent IGA store, café, sports facilities and community hall are all within easy walking distance.
