Summary: To start with, the room was not ready for use because there were no bath soaps , shampoo and conditioner available in the washroom. Then, I've to call them in the middle of taking my shower. Second one is even worse, the AC didn't work and when I called them, they suggest to open the window door too my room cool and I was surprised.
