It is very important for us to live in a green environment, this is why the plants of the houses must be watered every Wednesday and Saturday by my staff in a lapse between 11am-3pm. We will remind you on the day before every visit. Thanks in advance for your collaboration.

These houses are located within the same neighborhood; however, please note that they are not adjacent, so there will be a short 5 minutes walk between them.

There are only 2 rooms that are prohibited to open, one next to the double room at the main entrance, and the second one next t the kitchen, which is close to a padlock, these cointain our cleaning staff equipment.
Second house:
There are only 2 rooms, that are prohibited to open, one next to the wooden stair on the ground floor, and the other one in the double room with a bathroom at the 1st floor, these have our cleaning staff equipment.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask for special care when using the rooftop areas and outdoor furniture, particularly removable fabric cushions and decorative textile elements located on terraces or rooftop spaces.
These amenities are designed to enhance the experience of the property, and we truly appreciate your support in helping us keep them in excellent condition.
During rainy weather or when not in use, we kindly ask guests to help protect cushions and removable fabric items by avoiding unnecessary exposure to water, dirt, food stains, or any misuse that could damage the materials. We also recommend placing them in a protected area whenever possible if weather conditions change unexpectedly.
Please note that significant damage, staining, loss, or deterioration caused by improper use or lack of care may result in an additional replacement or restoration fee of $3,000 MXN after check out.
Additionally, we kindly ask that outdoor cushions be stored inside the terrace storage bench/chest whenever they are not being used, especially overnight or during rainy weather.
