Open-plan living area and kitchen with separate walk-in pantry. Enclosed sunroom at the rear, inclusive of laundry, leads onto delightful outdoor BBQ area with furniture and umbrella, and outdoor shower.

Linens and bathroom towels ar included; please bring your beach towels.
