Welcome to our lovely home, nestled near the heart of Bronte's high street and within moments of the Bronte Beach and the famous Bondi to Coogee Coastal walk.
A classic Sydney semi, the house has 2 bedrooms, one a Queen Bed and sunroom, the second a double Koala sofa bed with an adjoining balcony that looks out at the Ocean.
We have parking on site, a full laundry, kitchen and spacious backyard, you will everything you need for a comfortable family stay in Bronte.
The Space:
This is a classic Sydney family home, full of character, space and comfort in an incredible Bronte location by the coast.
The layout is simple with a welcoming book lined hallway that has the living room with smart TV and large lounge, to the right hand side and both bedrooms to the left. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a delightful sun room that also has a work desk.
The second bedroom with Koala Sofa Bed, opens up to the front balcony that has Ocean views and gets wonderful sun in the mornings.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area then flow to a comfy day bed with the laundry and second toilet tucked away. This area then opens to the spacious backyard area with ample seating and an electric Weber BBQ.
This is a family home with period features throughout such as stained glass windows, high ceilings but has been modernised with an updated kitchen and bathroom.
There are windows throughout the property that when opened allow the sea breeze to flow in. We have fans for summer and heaters for winter in every room but as a very well ventilated property by the coast you will be very comfortable.
The backyard is spacious and has several sitting areas, along with an abundance of plants and an electric Weber BBQ available to use.
There is a supermarket around the corner along with numerous local shops, including a famous local bakery, cafe and boutiques. There are secret local passageways between the luxury local houses that take you to Bronte Beach in approx. 5 mins as it's downhill.
The world famous Coastal Walk is a stones throw away as are Clovelly Bowlo and beach and ample lookout spots beloved by locals and overseas guests alike.

Bronte is a locals favourite and on a beautiful day families and groups congregate on the picturesque beach to enjoy a day on the sand or in the grassy knolls directly in front of them that have publicly available BBQ's to use.
The main high street at the top of the hill has everything you need closeby while near the beach promenade you have several cafes, fish and chip shops that are local staples.
