Summary: This isn't a 4-star hotel; there was no shower door in the bathroom, the mattress was so flat it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, and the main door to the hotel room had a crack that allowed the guest outside in the hallway to see into the room. Why rate the hotel when guests don't get that 4-star experience everything about businesses is fake now is no authentication is just all lies.
