The first floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dining room, formal living room, den, a large eat-in kitchen, and a separate full bath. A sliding door brings you out on to a spectacular 16x40 deck, wonderful for family meals or just enjoying a glass of wine with friends as you bask in the glow of a setting sun. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower on the deck that is perfect to wash away a day spent at the beach…and a hammock to gently sway in as you contemplate nature’s beauty. The second level has 3 more guest bedrooms and a full bath with tub & shower. The two larger bedrooms on either end of the house have windows on three sides for a great cross sea breeze. One bedroom has two queen beds, and the other over-sized bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and skylight. There is also a serene sitting area at the top of the landing great for reading a book or checking e-mails. If the weather is too hot, the house is equipped with central air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable! Also, just short distances away are many outstanding Eastham restaurants and attractions, several National Seashore beaches, a nostalgic drive-in movie theatre, mini golf, and the Cape Cod Bike Trail.
This home is located 150 yards from Campground Beach, which is perfect for lounging under an umbrella or soaking in the warm rays of the sun while young ones frolic on the spacious tidal flats at low tide, or swimming at high tide.
