It’s a great place to stay in the center of downtown. The studio has everything you need and design and decorations have a very nice and unique touch.
The space
Your one-of-a-kind private cozy place is full of details to make memories that will last for years. Welcome to your private entrance cozy place with a private bathroom with a shower, a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, AC. (NO KITCHEN!)
Guest access
Guests will have access to their studio with private entrance and bathroom, also access to all the common spaces including the laundry room, backyard, etc..
If you need store luggage before your check-in or after your check-out, I have luggage storage for your bags.
Other things to note
• Sending packages at my address are strictly prohibited!
• Pets are allowed, the pet fee is 50$ per pet. It's a one-time fee additionally. The maximum is 2 pets. Please let me know so I can send you a request.
• The parking is not provided!
You have two options, one is street parking (metered) and better option is a parking lot next to the building (16$ per day, 8$ per 12h)
• No smoking of any kind indoors!
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am!
• No parties or other people besides guests allowed on the property
