Summary: The hotel is very convenient for beach and boardwalk access. Can easily walk to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and orderly. The description states it is "quiet" and has "designer toiletries". We stayed in Rm 101 and had no one next to us the first night. The second night, someone was next door and you can hear every word they say and any other noise in the room. The toiletries are nothing to brag about and assume the TP is super thin to protect the sewer system. Towels, washcloths were not designer in any way but were acceptable. Not sure how they have a 8.2 rating other than location, condition and nice staff.
