Chillington is a “Shared house with your host” on just over half an acre in Rosebud. In a secluded tree lined property with no houses to see and a gentle stream running through the yard at the back for relaxation.
We have an outdoor spa overlooking a four hole putting green with olive trees lining the fenceline. Outdoor alfresco dining at its best six burner barbecue sitting areas 10 seat outdoor entertaining table with remote control awning for the summer days. Inside the house consists of two lounge rooms separated by closing sliding door giving guests their a private lounge, shared facilities in the kitchen / dining areas. Offstreet parking for vehicles, boat, caravan or any toys one would like to bring down. Pet friendly on request. Look forward to having you at my home and filling you with my knowledge from 20 years of living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Transport around the peninsula can be arranged by availability.
