Negative: The property is fundamentally good.... However - I need to feed back than 2 forks, one glass, one tea towel and no cleaning materials is not acceptable for anything more than a one night stay. Also- the app/web based access to the block and the apartment is just a concern. There are a number of scenarios inc no internet, loss of phone etc that would potentially destroy a holiday, whether not getting access on arrival or getting locked out mid stay. How to recover from that situation is not clear, and would be serious for someones security
