Welcome to Summerin', your perfect Duck retreat! This beautiful home boasts sparkling new updates, a private pool, views off the deck and is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's space for everyone. The open, airy layout makes it simple to relax with bright windows flooding the living space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area, with doors leading out to the deck for easy indoor-outdoor living. The screened in porch off the dining area is perfect for outdoor dining or game night with a table for four. The top level also features a king bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience.
Most of your group will head down to the mid level to sleep. It offers two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-double bed setup. One of the king rooms has an ensuite full bathroom that joins with the hallway, and there's a second full bathroom available as well for added convenience.
