Summary: The hotel and room definitely felt neglected. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms did not have a working heater. Once we reported someone came to fix it only next day The front office staff was courteous and helpful. However, when the staff changed shifts, notes weren't exchanged and I had to explain issues to the new staff all over again. This hotel is definitely among the worst ComfortInn hotels I have stayed at This experience has left me feeling if I should trust hotel pictures and experiences at hotels.com
