Our location is ideal in a quite street with shops, beach, cinema, and cafes within walking distance. The Rosebud Hotel 400 meters away, and beach across the road from there.
It’s a lovely 10-15 min stroll to the Rosebud pier on Jetty Road. The playground at the start of the pier is very popular. The beach is family friendly with shallow waters and nice open spaces. Jetty's café has excellent pasta and pizza.
Numerous attractions are in close driving distance such as Arthur's Seat Eagle Sky Lift, Arthur Seat, Sunny Strawberry Farm both approx. 15 min drive away.
Peninsula hot springs is 20 mins drive. There are seasonal markets at the local primary school for further out such as Red Hill market on the first Saturday of the month. The closest golf course, Bay Views Gold Course, Elizabeth Drive, Rosebud, is about 8 minutes drive.
With 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bath rooms and two lounge areas it would suit 2 families or maybe 1 family with grandparents/in laws.
The front lounge area has a 40" plasma TV and DVD player and mini hi fi system and games and DVD's for kids and adults. We have unlimited WFI as well.
The back lounge area has the kitchen and dining area and an LCD TV which plays DVD's. The back sliding doors open onto the verandah and BBQ area.
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - two bunks, one set of single bunks the other a double with a single on top.
Bedroom 3 - Double bed, and ensuite.
Other bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
Doona's and pillows are supplied. Linen and towels extra.
Pets welcome. The backyard is secure for your pet. (not welcome on beds & furniture)
The neighbor's are quiet so its ideal for a relaxing holiday
