If view matters, this is IT! So close to 2 beaches (Playas Pelada and Nosara - both just a couple minutes stroll down the hill) that the ocean sounds will constantly surround and soothe you. This home and area is tranquil and unique because it is within the wildlife refuge yet very close to restaurants and all Nosara has to offer. The attached guest house sits at the end of Playa Pelada, 30 meters above the river mouth looking down the black sand beach of Playa Nosara at the Ostional turtle sanctuary. The view is of the beach and also of the most amazing estuary where two rivers (Montana and Nosara) come together and flow into the Pacific. The view then continues up into the mountains. There is no better view anywhere with the constant changing of the estuary, waves rolling in, fabulous bird watching and the abundant wildlife. This is a rare home inside the wildlife refuge. The top floor attached guest home is 1000 sq feet with 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 full bath, large covered deck and a sofa in the living area. Ideal for couples. Nicely decorated, air conditioned bedroom, private and secure. You will not want to leave. The pool (shared with us if we are there and one other 1 bedroom apartment) has a fantastic infinity edge showcasing the view, a spa bench with jets and a beach area to lounge in!
The Beaches of Nosara is a tranquil gem on a series of gorgeous beaches on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. Nosara is one place in Costa Rica where the development has been controlled, preserving the natural flora and fauna. Yet the availability of great dining and the attraction of the world-class surfing at Playa Guiones and deep sea fishing can not be denied. Not to mention this is just one laid-back and cool place to be! Nosara made the New York Times list of the 45 places to visit in 2012 and has made many more "must see" lists every year since! Now, Nosara has the longest zip line canopy tour, pure excitement! Take a river tour by kayak or a tranquil horse ride through jungle and beach with our friend Gabriela, a 3 minute walk from the home. Dine at wonderful Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, restaurants and the local Costa Rican and seafood restaurants. Walk 5 minutes to Playa Pelada, one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. Here you can buy the fresh catch of the day, sip a refreshment and watch the fabulous sunset.
