The Headland Cottage is an exciting two bedroom retreat perched on the southern bluffs of Eastport, Maine. It features spectacular panoramic views of Campobello Island, Lubec and Eastport harbor. Standing on the deck of this cottage and enjoying the elevated perspective imparts to visitors a sense of being on the edge of one of the wonders of the world.
From the deck you can see Franklin Roosevelt's historic summer home on Campobello, as well as views of a myriad of boats plying the ocean waters. On the shoreline below the cottage there is 1500 feet of private beach to walk on, and guests are also welcome to explore eight acres of headlands to pick blueberries and other pursuits.
The master bedroom has a wonderful ocean view and comes with a queen size bed, while the guest room has a double bed and twin bed.
The kitchen and dinning areas have terrific water views along with beautifully hand-carved seascape cupboards and window trims. The cozy living room features a gas log fireplace for evenings when the sea breeze comes off the water.

Roosevelt International Park. The two masted schooner, Sylvina Beal, leaves her berth at the Eastport waterfront and takes guests on scenic sunset cruises and whales watching excursions around the bays.
