The fully equipped remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, dishware & glassware, culinary utensils needed to prepare favorite meals. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, freezer & ice maker. Microwave, Crockpot and toaster.
Fuel up with a choice of Keurig or a standard coffee maker. Gather at the six-person dining table. Coffee and tea are provided.
A half bath is also located on the second floor.
BEDROOMS & BATHS- Third Floor
The upstairs master suite features a new Tuff & Needle King bed, private balcony access facing North to enjoy the San Francisco peaks. Two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lots of natural light, vaulted celing and a large skylight to view the stars from the comfort of the luxurious King- sized bed. Also featured, 46” flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has new Tuff & Needle Queen bed, two walk-in closets with a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. Hair dryers, towels and linens are provided. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with high efficiency full size washer and dryer. Laundry Soap and dryer sheets included.
LOFT- Fourth Floor
The loft has two new Tuff & Needle twin XL (extra long- adult size) beds and dresser. The kiddos love the loft to play inside the Teepee. However, adults will feel like the Queen/King of the Castle when staying in the loft.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Fantastic Views!
Two Balconies. One balcony is located off the kitchen level, faces downtown and is great for viewing the NAU campus, the Lowe Observatory and all the wildlife while sipping on your morning coffee. Guests can also use the gas barbecue. Outdoor patio table, shade umbrella and chairs. You can watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.
The second outdoor balcony is a private, spacious balcony located off the master bedroom. Spectacular visible view of the San Francisco Peaks. The balcony has two lounge chairs to unwind your day or for reading a book.
GARAGE: Two car enclosed garage for guest use with additional parking on driveway and street level. Garage includes a Ping Pong Table.
LOCATION: Four blocks from downtown Flagstaff. Lots of local restaurants, shopping and breweries. Embark on daily adventures to skiing/snowboarding at Snowbowl, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, kayaking, golfing, sledding and mountain biking makes Flagstaff a year-around destination.
