This house is a 2 story apartment, however was originally built as a one family home.
We are offering the the flexibility of renting one floor individually or the entire house.
Elevator means handicapped accessible!! No need to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs!! Beautiful master bedroom with gorgeous views of the bay from bedroom and living room. Master bath provides a state of the art shower with bench seating built in and amazing shower panel. Additional 1/2 bath also available. King size bed in master bedroom. Day bed (2 single mattresses) located in the living room, Air mattresses provided as well. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Fire place for winter intimacy. Fully stocked kitchens on both floors as well as grills on both decks. Outside shower to rinse off when returning from the beach!! Many people enjoy fishing here!!! The second floor:
This floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and 2 bunk beds in the other room (twin over full bunks). Sleeper sofa in the living room (not shown in pics as has not been delivered yet). Gorgeous views of the bay from living room, dining room, sun porch and back deck. Also beautiful views of the wildlife preserve from the front deck. Open floor plan which makes it look a lot bigger than the pictures.
What more could you want or ask for while on vaca?!?!? Come visit!!!
