This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, wheelchair accessible holiday villa is a unique 3 bedroom villa with it all being on ground level, making it a perfect holiday for families with small children and/or guests with mobility issues that may require mobility aids. Bedroom 2 can be made into 2 single beds from the queen on request. There is also and option to use the couch as sofa bed for extra guests if needed.
Villa 53 is located within the Cape View Resort complex and is just a short walk to the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay, a 10 minute drive to the Busselton Jetty, City Shopping and Food Precinct.
Self contained accommodation including kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, modern kitchen, walk-in robe to main bedroom, bathroom to main bedroom, patio area and a outdoor alfresco with a grassed enclosed yard for the kids to run around safely while you relax. The rear gate of the villa opens directly onto a child's playground which is awesome for fmailies with young children.
The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company
