My wife and I would like to welcome you to our 2 bd/1 bath Art-Deco period fully remodeled furnished rental in a quiet Historic district called the North-End which borders downtown Boise! It is walk-able (sidewalks everywhere) to downtown, walk-able to Jano Jou Patisserie, Cloud 9 Brewery, Starbucks, Goodys, 13th St. Grill and lots of restaurants and shops in Hyde Park and downtown Boise. Grocery stores are also in walking distance, 4 blocks away is a gym and located near Quinns Pond beach area along the Boise River Greenbelt- a paved walkway/runners/bikers path (follows the river for 30 miles!)!!

The house is in walking distance of the Boise foothills, Whitewater Park, Camelsback Park, Elm Grove Park, Esther Simplot Park with Quinn's Pond for beach access, and biking distance to St. Luke's and St. Al's Boise campuses. The house is also 4 minutes from the Boise Connector freeway ramp, 7 minutes from the mall and 12 minutes to Eagle or Meridian.
