Summary: Staff was amazing, room was partially clean however a lot of scuff marks on the baseboards and lower wall areas, questionable spots on the wall areas in the bathroom, lack luster availability to amenities due to a "main breakage" so no pool, key cards needed replaced/reprogramed, vending machine on 4th floor lacked, broken/questionable elevators, visible water damage in parts of the hotel ceiling, the lobby was a icebox (no heat), God awful feces smell in hallway leading to the elevators assuming due to the main breakage.
