Positive: location, beach and shops nearby, pool and kitchen

Negative: There's no hot water, the balcony doors don't close tightly, mosquitoes fly in at night, the air conditioning works very poorly, it's hot at night, dogs nearby howl and spit all night, and it's impossible to sleep in peace.
