Beautiful entertaining deck leading out to a stunning solar heated saltwater pool with poolside pavilion. Sitting on 10 acres, enjoy the magnificent north-east views of Western Port, The Nobbies, Seals Rock, Philip Island.
Enjoy the drive up the long driveway which is contoured with Claret Ash trees, a variety of fruit and citrus trees and wetlands planted with hundreds of indigenous plants. This custom designed five bedroom residence is a place of tranquility.
The home offers all the space you could want to enjoy family time. Inside you will find large open plan living, spacious alfresco entertainment areas, solar heated saltwater pool and plenty of room for this kids to run and play. Separate external games room with table tennis table, gym and pool table plus a large trampoline for the kids to enjoy.
We have five bedrooms and three bathrooms, dedicated work/study area, external games room plus multiple indoor and outdoor living areas.

Servery windows that open up to the pool area, amazing storage, walk-in pantry and a suite of high end appliances including a Vintec wine fridge, Siemens oven, warming drawer and steamer and Asko dishwasher are some of its standout features. Large dining tables, one inside and one outside on the entertainment deck.
A beautiful sitting room with floor to ceiling double glazed walls and a wood combustion fireplace wrapped in floor-to-ceiling stone. Magnificent views and patio doors that lead out to the pool.
Outside you have the beautiful entertaining deck, self-cleaning saltwater solar heated swimming pool and pavilion complete with undercover Beef Eater BBQ and Matador wine fridge. Separate external Games room with full table tennis table, pool table and garage with fully equipped gym.
The home has Reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning, ducted vacuum, plantation shutters.

Please note horses are in the front paddock of the property. Guests are welcome to feed them their two carrots a day quota :)
We can also organise horse riding lessons at the neighbouring property.
We welcome bookings from those happy to abide by our no party policy which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm move inside with no noise to neighbours.
