Summary: Check in was difficult no staff at reception at 2.20 pm phoned mobile but could not find booking than transferred to another person needed to quote intinery no than give my credit card details over phone along with my car rego & my drivers lic no. This took over 30 mins which giving this amount of information I felt is way beyond for a one night stay in a motel
