THE LOUNGE HAS DIGITAL TV AND AN ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM. GAS HEATING IN THE LIVING AREAS. THERE IS AN OUTDOOR BBQ. THE HOUSE IS MODEST BUT PERFECTLY SUITED TO COUPLES AND FAMILIES. THERE IS LOTS OF OPEN SPACE TO EXPLORE AND KANGAROOS WILL GRAZE CLOSE TO THE HOUSE MOST MORNINGS. THERE IS A SMALL DAM ON THE PROPERTY SO PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH SMALL CHILDREN.
