The local picture theatre screens recent releases and all for under $9 a ticket.
Local Largs Bay Sailing club does $10 meals Friday and Saturday nights (in season) and has a great balcony view.

If this one doesn't suit your requirements or the the dates are not available we do have Sandrift by the beach (4 bedroom, right alongside) by the Largs North Beach, or Harriett's Cottage in Adelaide City, Odeon at Parkside (all 2 bedroom about 1 km south of the city) , or Corry's Cottage or Cottage SixtyA in Adelaide (One bedroom, in the South East quarter) and that maybe be available through the VRBO/Homeaway website.
