Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 49 km or 30 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in a gated residential area called Lagunas de Mayakoba.
Please take note: Although the Mayakoba area is a beautiful place to stay, it must be mentioned that it is a bit far from the famous Fifth Avenue tourist zone, as Mayakoba sits off the main freeway. You’ll need a car to move around freely or find a means of public transportation. Also, there is no nearby beach access in this area. You again would need to drive or take a taxi to the beach. The nearest public beach is Playa Xcalacoco.

Go straight to Lagunas de Mayakoba, you will pass “Senderos” security access on your right, please just continue straight until you come to Lagunas security access, also on your right. They will ask for your name again there. Just provide your name and ID and they will tell you where to park and how to get to your tower.
You then can check yourself into using the lockbox code to access the key. The code will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
Once inside the condo you will find a community card to access the amenities and the grounds.
