Just a 5 minute drive to in-town Bethel and less than 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort. Floor to ceiling stone, wood burning fireplace offers warmth and ambiance.. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot to prepare meals for the whole group. You will also find a gas grill and deck. With 3-4 bedrooms and an extra family room there is plenty of space for the whole family. The master bedroom offers a private balcony and attached bath. You will never want to leave! The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
