Living room: You'll be greeted by mid-century modern décor. It has a brand new 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. You will have free access to Youtube TV and the option to sign into additional streaming apps.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with a huge island. You'll have all the pots, pans, utensils and spices you'll need to cook. The kitchen also has a dual Keurig coffee maker so you can opt for a full pot or single-serve coffee. Ground coffee and single use pods are stocked and ready for you. An electric tea kettle and tea bags are available as well. The fridge has a built-in filtered water pitcher inside the door.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own unique style and includes smart device chargers. The primary bedroom has a brand new 55-inch smart TV. You can sign into your Amazon account to access streaming services.
Bathrooms: Each bathroom is fully stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers, iron, and ironing board are included as well.
Backyard: Is the star of the show! Filled with sunshine, beautiful views, a huge pool, and good vibes! Catch a tan and float the day away. You can even watch the game from the pool! You'll have access to pool floats in the outside storage bins. You'll find a cabana with TV, couches, and a fridge. On the patio, enjoy another TV and seating area. You'll also find a corn hole set if you fancy a little competition. Lastly, the backyard is equipped with a brand new 5-burner BBQ and all the tools you'll need to grill up some yummy treats.
Bakyard:There is an automatic closing sliding door to access the backyard. This is in place for child safety and compliant with Phoenix City Code. You can turn the black knob and pull the door open.
