Beautiful remodeled Condo with breathtaking Ocean Views located at Kauai Beach Resort. Centrally located between Kauai’s North and South shores.
The room has King size bed, a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a private balcony. This unit faces the Beach; you'll enjoy gorgeous sunrise views from your balcony and the relaxing sounds of the ocean.
The unit was recently upgraded with new furniture and located on the 4th floor with ocean and pool views from inside and balcony of my place. My room number is 2416 which is the 4th floor of the main building 2. This is about the best view at the resort.
A lounge room on the 5th floor ( same building) provides you with a fridge, computer, and large comfy sofas.
Kauai Beach Resort set on 25 lush acres on Kauai’s longest beach and is centrally located on the east shore of Kauai, about half way between the north and south shores. It is only 3 miles away from airport. The walk along this Beach is about 3 miles long and is quite scenic.
Please be advised that smoking and cooking in the room or balcony are prohibited.

-What's the difference between renting from me VS renting directly from Hotel?
Mainly price, but also maid service. Renting direct through VRBO usually saves you a lot of money; however, daily maid service is not included. The check out cleaning fee takes care of cleaning and re-stocking the unit after you leave.

It is resort luxury studio but individually owned.

No, just a 4.4 cu ft mini fridge and coffee maker.

There is no daily resort fee If you book from me, but there is one time resort fee $75 and cleaning fee $95, total of $170 collected at time of booking which gives you access to the amenities and a cleaning of the room after your departure.
