It is located steps away from one of the most desired beaches on the Big Island, Magic Sands Beach. In addition to the great proximity to the beach, White Sands Village complex has a newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, billiards table, two tennis courts and multiple grilling areas for guests to use. The unit includes, two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, living room, dining room, one (1) car assigned covered parking space and an expansive patio lanai with space to dine, relax on a couch or catch some rays in the chaise lounge chairs. Home features cable TV and WiFi internet access. The full length floor to ceiling patio doors offer clean, unobstructed views of tropical lushness and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. No detail spared with dimmable lighting, ceiling fans and various features upgraded for an economically friendly home. Unit also offers full size stackable washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, and snorkel gear as long it is returned in good, clean condition.
