Our apartment sits on an upper floor of The Shard, a 268-residence building by award-winning Cox Architecture and luxury developer Zapari, completed in early 2026. At 80 square metres (70 inside plus a generous 10 m² tiled balcony), it's twice the size of a hotel room and built to a standard most hotels can't match.
THE SPACE
Open-plan kitchen, living and dining at the heart of the apartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms off the side. 2.5-metre ceilings, double glazing throughout, whisper-quiet ducted heating and cooling in every room. Every piece of furniture and every appliance has been selected new. This isn't a property we've "done up" — it's been fitted out from scratch to a standard we'd live in ourselves.
