About this space
This is a brand-new house finished in 2015! Welcome to Grande at Canal Pointe community, east of Route 1 and within walking/biking distance to downtown Rehoboth or the beaches.
The house has 5 bedrooms on three levels and four full baths!
AGE requirements is 25 years or older. No smoking, vaping or use of Hookah.
Max occupancy is 10 persons.
The space
The luxurious kitchen is open to the Great Room across a breakfast bar and centers around the fireplace with flat screen TV. The Owner’s Suite is located on the first floor and features 2 closets and en suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a shared bathroom. The upstairs features a bedroom, bathroom, and wet bar area with a pool table and 2 TVs. The last bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement.
Kids and adults alike will love the large recreation basement space featuring table games (ping-pong, air hockey & foosball), skee ball, and a putting green, as well as a seating area with flat screen TV.
Enjoy a nice glass of wine on the back patio while dinner cooks on the grill.
Other things to note
I will require the guest to sign my electronic lease agreement within one week after booking. (I have added the text version of the lease in the House Rules section)
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! It is geared for multi-generational families and groups of close friends.
