The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It also includes a spacious dining table that seats six. The adjoining living room exudes a relaxed beach-house vibe, complemented by split system evaporative cooling and heating to ensure comfort throughout the home
The bedrooms and bathrooms.
Accommodating up to six guests, the home includes three thought out bedrooms: one a double bed, one with two single beds and a master with an ensuite. The family bathroom features both a separate bath and shower, with an additional separate toilet for convenience.
Outside
Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a secure space for children to play. Likewise, upon application, a suitable place to let those furry family members soak in the sun! Conveniently positioned, the property is close to charm that Rosebud has to offer including an array of shops, dining options, a cinema, and excellent golf courses.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
