Spacious living areas and comfortable furnishings make it feel like a true home away from home.The main house has four bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Air conditioning throughout the home with a combination of central air, mini-splits and window units. Additionally there are two fabulous separate cottages on the property both ocean facing and include full baths.
Step out into the lush, landscaped yard where Adirondack chairs invite you to relax and take in breathtaking views of the bay. A private dock extends into the tranquil waters, perfect for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the sunset. The outdoor space also features a screened-in porch with a dining area which is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view.
