Positive: The staff are great in particular, Yen at the front desk and the girl who attended us at tea time (forgot to ask her name). Very genuine, friendly, helpful yet efficient. Location is strategic. Literally a 2 mins walk to the main street. The hotel amenities are top notch & beds are comfortable.

Summary: Great place, great staff!
