This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake.
Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven.
Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area - Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking.
*****We do not allow fragrances of any kind. The hvac system is connected to the upper unit so we do not allow sprays, body spray, candles, perfume etc…****** thank you for your consideration!
The space
One full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and living area with pull out couch and a 60” Roku tv. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. The owners live above the unit with a dog. Space comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a long kitchen counter with large sink. We only have two parking spaces.
Other things to note
There are about 7-8 steps to enter the unit. The steps are cement and they are not exactly even. Some steps have settled and if you have any issues with steps I suggest you book a different space. Thank you for your consideration.
