Tenants supply their own bed linens, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels & beach towels.(King, queen, 2 twins). Per Seaside Heights, the primary occupant executing rental agreement must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy property during the term of the rental. No group or prom rentals permitted. NO PETS, NO VAPING OR SMOKING, No Grill.
