Dining room with a table and chairs to seat 8 people and a ceiling fan. Kitchen with a electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge, there is also a ceilign fan in this room too. Utility room with washer and drying lines both inside and outside. Living room with seating for at least 6, TV, two ceiling fans, with access to a second veranda.
