This apartment is entered from street level. It has two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a lounge kitchen and a balcony dining area that opens out from the lounge. All rooms have ceiling fans and the bedrooms are air conditioned. In addition you have access to a private roof terrace with two sun loungers, along with another table and chairs. You can access the beach/waterfront from the side of the property and have access to the decking area which has a further four sun loungers and another table and chairs along with an outside shower.
The master bedroom has a small private balcony and a beautiful large window overlooking both the sea and bay of Batts Rock beach - without a doubt one of the best views on the island. It's furnished with a UK king sized bed, two large wardrobes with storage draws and two side tables with storage draws. There is a runner at the end of the bed, a chair in the room and a full length mirror. The shower room is located just outside the bedroom by the kitchen and has power points for hairdryers and razors.
The second bedroom sleeps 3 and offers a single bed and a small staircase leads to a mezzanine level where we have a double bed. There is a large wardrobe on the bottom level, with handing space and shelves along with two bedside storage tables one on the bottom level and one on the mezzanine. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with power points for hairdryers and razors.
The contemporary open plan living area has a traditionally high pickled pine ceiling, pained a light grey and leads to the superbly equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave oven.
The large balcony is used as a sitting and dinning area, perfect for candle lit dinners and watching turtles swim by. The sunsets are spectacular and you have a front row seat watching the sun drop into the ocean.
The spectacular roof terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase, from here you can see for miles and watch the hive of activity out on the water. This is a great spot for some intense sunbathing or an alfresco dinner under the stars. the roof terrace is furnished with 2 sun loungers and a table and chairs, there is also a small BBQ.
Outside there is a superb decked area with sun beds beneath the shade of a palm tree. Private steps lead down to the sea where you can swim in the beautiful warm waters of the Caribbean. The swimming at Coralita is second to none.
The apartment is serviced by Sandra, the incredible housekeeper, 5 days a week. She is very friendly and lovely by all our guests. Sandra will launder towels an linen, personal items can also be laundered however please speak to Sandra about the cost of this on arrival.
Off road parking is to the front of the property. WiFi is available throughout and the lounge area has cable TV.
